Kylie and her husband Michael, along with their family and friends, officially celebrated the Grand Opening of STRIVE Performing Arts Center on September 20th.

We are a brand new, state of the art company dedicated to shaping young people into ARTISTS by holding true to the six principles STRIVE was founded on: Strength, Technique, Respect, Innovation, Versatility and Excellence. No matter your goal, our faculty is committed and trained to help each student reach his or her greatest potential. Step into the spotlight with us as we “Strive” to bring the best education and performance opportunities to you! We offer dynamic programs for ages two and up in Musical Theater, Acting, Voice, Ballet, Jazz, Tap, Hip-Hop and our one of a kind Showcase class! Classes begin October 2nd

Kylie Santoro Horrell, Owner and Artistic Director, is thrilled to be living out her dream as she premieres her company’s 2017 Grand Opening in her hometown. Aside from her professional performance career, Kylie has always been passionate about sharing her experiences, education and knowledge with young aspiring artist in the Pittsburgh area. Kylie believes she offers something priceless to her students that sets STRIVE apart from the rest; her fourteen plus years of education in the performing arts, her prestigious four-year Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Musical Theater from Wright State University, and her five years and counting professional career in the industry. Kylie has trained and worked along side some of the industries top educators and choreographers and continues to train and educate herself in order to offer her students the most current and competitive level of training and opportunities available to them. Kylie’s work is held in high esteem due to her expert eye for technique and attention to detail in the classroom and her innate and cutting edge artistic vision, artistry and unique choreography. Coming from a musical theater background it has always been her goal to bring that culture and experience to the valley, as well as, shape her student’s into well-rounded, exceptional “triple threats”. Kylie’s vision for STRIVE is unlike anything you have ever seen or will see again! Her passion and love for her art is truly undeniable and contagious.
