Jacob is a Financial Advisor with Waddell & Reed. After four years in the
financial services industry with PFS Investments, his passion for financial
planning and financial education compelled him to join Waddell & Reed in
2009. He believes that every person should have a comprehensive financial
plan to help pursue their financial goals. Jacob has long held the belief that the
educated client is his best client and he strives to educate every client about the
strengths and challenges of their financial plan.
Jacob was born and raised in the Mon Valley. He is a 2000 graduate of Belle
Vernon Area High School and went on to graduate from Grove City College with
a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 2004. He holds a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL
PLANNER™ certification from the CFP Board.
Jacob is passionate about leadership and helping others. He has served in
many leadership roles over the years, including current President of the Greater
Rostraver Chamber of Commerce, Alumni Committee Chair of Leadership
Washington County, of which he is also a Class 2011 graduate, and past
President of Mon Valley Networking group.
Jacob also enjoys his time volunteering with Junior Achievement both in and
out of the classroom. His passion for education starts early, and he believes
that the earlier we can teach financial responsibility, the more disciplined those
students will be about their finances as adults.
Jacob resides in Canonsburg, PA with his wife Elizabeth, son Declan, and their
dog Cena. In his free time Jacob enjoys reading, college football, kayaking,
biking, cooking, dining out, and attending concerts.
Tanya Chaney is an experienced massage therapist with over 15 years of experience. She is a small business owner and committed community advocate.
Tanya has served on a variety of boards and committees, both locally and nationally.
Tanya is currently serving as the Vice President of the Greater Rostraver Chamber of Commerce, President of the Young Professionals of the Mon Valley, a committee of the Mon Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce, Director of the Mon Valley Alliance and weekly Health Writer for the Mon Valley Independent newspaper.
Tanya enjoys teaching and sharing her love for wellness and healthy living. She spends her free time hanging with her son, Maksim, practicing yoga, gardening and being creative.

During the past 41+ years Bernie has worked for Equibank, Gallatin Bank, Integra Bank, National City and currently cfsbank as Manager of the Rostraver Office. Bernie has been a board member of the Rostraver Business Association now known as the Greater Rostraver Chamber of Commerce for over 20 yrs. In addition to the position of Treasurer for the GRC, Bernie is also the Chairperson of the following committees: Audit/Budget/Finance, August FunFest, Island and Nomination. Bernie is the Asst.Secy/Treas for the Rostraver Public Library Board of Trustees and a member of the Endowment Committee. She has been a resident of Rostraver Twp. for the last 20 yrs.
Lynn Grimes began membership with the GRC in 2009, as the owner of Checker’s Boutique and has served as a Board Member since 2011. She is the Chair of these annual events, Taste of the Town and Ladies Night Out, and serves on the committee for the Recognition Dinner and August Fun Fest. Lynn is currently employed as a Sales Representative with Aunt Carol’s Gourmet Dips and residents in Rostraver Township.
Patrick J. Alberts is the Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Monongahela Valley Hospital; specific to Rostraver Township, the health system operates diagnostic imaging services, a cardiac rehabilitation program, an occupational health program, a fitness center in a medically integrated health & wellness center and physician offices at its HealthPLEX facility. Within the organization Mr. Alberts is responsible for hospital-based physician services, patient testing services, education, cancer care and cardiology services and the various property and household departments which support the clinical care services. He has achieved and recertified as a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Executives which is that organization’s most prestigious honor.
Mr. Alberts is a resident of Rostraver Township.
Jennifer Codeluppi is the Owner/Photographer of Snapshot 47 Photos located at 515 McKean Avenue Charleroi. Jennifer has been a professional photographer since 2008. Snapshot 47 Photos specialized in Sports photography and High School Senior Portraits. Jennifer got her photography talents from her father, Wayne E. Ray, who helps with her photography business. Jennifer is also the photographer for the Mon Valley Independent Newspaper.
Jennifer has lived in Fallowfield Township for most of her life. She is married to Daniel Codeluppi and they have two children Madison, 17 and Ethan, 14.
Lisa Doria is the owner/operator of State Farm located at 209 Post Lane Belle Vernon. Lisa has been with State Farm since 2014. As a State Farm Agent, she specializes in helping policyholders with Auto, Home, Life and Commercial Insurance. In addition, State Farm is a virtual bank offering competitive rates on deposit accounts, credit cards, CDs and vehicle financing.
Lisa has lived in the Rostraver Area for the past 11 years were she has been involved within the community. She currently sits on the Board of the Greater Rostraver Chamber of Commerce and is the acting President of the Belle Vernon Rotary. Lisa’s vision is to be recognized as a competitively priced full service organization whose objective is to keep her customer’s needs a priority, provide world class service and operate with the highest standard of ethics and values.
Jerry Fronzaglio is the owner of Bill’s Golfland, Inc., and has been involved with the business since 1987. Prior to that, Jerry was employed at the Clairton Mill. Jerry was involved with the Rostraver Business Association since its inception in the early 1980s, and has been a GRC Board Member for the past three years. Jerry serves on the following committees, Island Beautification Project, Taste of the Town, and Rostraver Christmas Celebration. Jerry lives in Rostraver Township, with his wife Susan, to whom he has been married to for 44 years. They have two children and four grandchildren.
A 46 year resident of Rostraver Township and a long-time business owner, Catherine’s tenure with the Greater Rostraver Chamber began in 2015. Catherine and her late husband David E. Glad started the specialty advertising business Image Builders II. Image Builders II assists businesses in marketing and brand awareness with distinctively designed promotional products.
A graduate of California University with a Master’s Degree in Education, Cathy taught 3rd grade, special needs children and created Fells Tiny Tot Preschool. Catherine, leveraging her selling skills was an Independent Mary Kay Sales Director for 25 years.

Jamie St. Clair Davis
Jamie was born and raised in Belle Vernon, Pennsylvania. In 1998 she attended Pittsburgh Beauty Academy and discovered a lifelong passion for instilling women with confidence through beauty.
In February of 2012, with 15 years of experience, she opened Salon Eye Candy on Broad Avenue in Belle Vernon and in 2015 she joined the Rostraver
Board of Commerce and was recognized as Young Professional of the year.
In 2016 Jamie decided it was time to grow once more, and she proudly opened her barber shop, Dapper. Jamie St. Clair Davis is a proud wife, mother and entrepreneur.
Christopher Whitlatch is the first Chief Executive Officer of the Mon Valley Alliance (MVA), named to the position in September 2016. The organization was created in April 2016 with the consolidation of the Mon Valley Progress Council (MVPC) and the Middle Monongahela Industrial Development Association (MMIDA). MVA is focused on economic and community development in the Mid Mon Valley.
In his role as CEO, Christopher aspires to work with community partners, elected officials, and residents to spark economic growth, incubate new businesses and improve the quality of life in the region. Christopher joined the GRC Board of Directors in January 2017.
